Any insights, reports, or recommendations generated by the platform should be independently verified by qualified professionals before being relied upon for business decisions.

Information We Collect

Scale Bridge Analytics collects the following information when you use our platform:

  • **Account Information**: Name, email address, and authentication details when you create an account.
  • **Practice Profile**: Industry type, timezone, revenue streams, focus areas, and operational challenges you provide during onboarding.
  • **Uploaded Data**: CSV files containing business revenue or operational data you voluntarily upload for analysis.
  • **Usage Data**: Interactions with our AI chatbot assistant, including questions asked, audit results, and report history.
  • **Technical Data**: Browser type, device information, and IP address for security, rate limiting, and analytics.

    • Third-Party AI Processing

    Your uploaded data and profile information may be processed by third-party artificial intelligence services to generate audit narratives, recommendations, and chatbot responses. Data sent to AI services is anonymized where possible — personally identifiable information (PII) such as client names, Social Security numbers, and phone numbers is stripped or flagged before processing. However, no anonymization process is guaranteed to be 100% effective.

    Data Security

    We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data, including HTTPS transport encryption, hashed passwords, and server-side access controls. Your business information is never sold to third parties. Despite our efforts, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

    Data Retention

    Your data is retained for as long as your account remains active. Uploaded files, audit reports, and conversation histories are associated with your account and stored for your continued access.

    Data Deletion

    You may request complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will process deletion requests within 30 business days. Some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes after deletion.

    PII Handling

    Our platform includes automated PII detection to identify and flag sensitive personal information (email addresses, Social Security numbers, phone numbers, full names) in uploaded data. Flagged PII is warned about during upload and stripped before AI processing where feasible. You are responsible for ensuring that data you upload does not contain unauthorized personal information of third parties.

    Children's Privacy

    Scale Bridge Analytics is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

    Governing Law

    This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.

    Changes to This Policy

    We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
