Scale Bridge is an Automated Business Transformation Engine built for cash-pay spas and wellness studios. We run a Triple-Check Audit on your revenue data to diagnose retail & add-on leakage, rebooking cliffs & membership breakage, and service & labor profitability — the three silent killers of spa and wellness profitability.
How do I get started?
Sign up with your Google account, complete a short onboarding questionnaire, and upload an anonymized revenue CSV exported from your booking or POS system. Our engine delivers your first Vital Signs Dashboard and AI-powered roadmap within minutes.
Do I need to install any software or integrations?
No. Scale Bridge requires zero integrations with your booking or POS software. You simply export and upload a standard revenue CSV once per month.
Is Scale Bridge Right for My Spa?
Do I need to bill insurance to use this?
No. Scale Bridge is built specifically for non-medical, cash-pay spas and wellness studios. There is no insurance billing, no claims, and no payer involved anywhere in the platform. If your revenue comes from clients paying directly for services, memberships, packages, and retail, you are exactly who we built this for.
What kinds of businesses is this designed for?
Day spas, massage studios, skincare and facial studios, waxing studios, nail studios, and multi-service wellness studios — any high-volume, cash-pay service business where clients pay directly. Our diagnostics are tuned to service tickets, retail attach rates, rebooking behavior, memberships and packages, and provider profitability.
What if my spa also offers medically supervised treatments like Botox or medical-grade laser?
Scale Bridge is designed for non-medical services today. If a meaningful share of your revenue comes from medically supervised treatments — injectables, medical-grade lasers, prescription skincare, IV therapy, and similar — our onboarding eligibility screening will flag it. You are welcome to join the Medspa/Clinical waitlist; a dedicated tier for medically supervised businesses is on our roadmap. In the meantime, you can still analyze the non-medical side of your menu.
What booking or POS systems can I export data from?
Any system that lets you export a revenue or sales CSV works — including Mindbody, Vagaro, Boulevard, Fresha, and Zenoti, among others. There is no integration to set up. If your platform can produce a spreadsheet of appointments, services, and payments, Scale Bridge can read it.
Data & Privacy
Is my data safe?
Absolutely. We require only anonymized revenue data — no client names, addresses, or contact information. Our system includes automated PII detection that flags and rejects any identifiable data before processing.
What columns does my CSV need?
Recommended columns include a client identifier, appointment date, service type, service duration, provider/therapist ID, retail and add-on line items, membership or package status, and the amount charged and paid. Most booking and POS exports already contain these fields — no sensitive client contact information is ever needed.
How often should I upload data?
We recommend one upload per calendar month. This gives the engine enough data to track trends and generate meaningful comparisons over time.

How much does Scale Bridge cost?
The Spa Transformation Plan is $99 per month and includes the full Triple-Check Audit, Vital Signs Dashboard, unlimited reports, the Marketing Impact Module, community benchmarks, and 2 user seats. New customers receive 30% off their first two months.
Can I add additional users?
Yes. The plan includes 2 users. Additional users can be added at $25 per user per month.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime.

How does the referral program work?
Share your unique referral code with colleagues. When they sign up, they receive 50% off their first 3 months. You earn 1 free month for each successful referral.
What is Platinum status?

How is Scale Bridge different from my booking or POS reporting?
Your booking or POS platform reports what happened — revenue totals, appointment counts, and basic rebooking rates. Scale Bridge diagnoses why profit is leaking (under-attached retail, membership breakage, unprofitable services) and gives you a personalized AI-powered roadmap to fix it. It is a diagnostic consultant, not a bookkeeping tool.
What are the AI-powered roadmaps?
After analyzing your data, our dual-AI system generates a personalized 90-day action plan with specific, prioritized recommendations tailored to your spa type and profile.
